• Role & Company / Project Overview: R1 RCM is conducting a Mega Walk-In Drive for Freshers for the position of Healthcare Claims / Denial Management. The work mode is strictly Work From Office at Sector 135, Noida. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle healthcare claims processing and denial management operations. - Make direct calls to US insurance companies to follow up on claims, resolve discrepancies, and handle denials. - Apply attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage healthcare revenue cycle workflows efficiently. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: Freshers (0 Years experience). - Qualification: Graduation is mandatory for freshers. - Good English communication skills. - Comfortable making calls to US insurance companies. - Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational environment. - Immediate joiners only. - Not Eligible: Candidates with B.Tech, B.E., LLB, and B.Sc.
