Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Manager – International Admissions & Counselling (Managerial Band: M1) for our office in Sector-63, Noida. The role oversees counselling, admissions processing, and team management across study destinations including UK, Ireland, Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead, train, and manage a team of Education Counsellors and Tele-calling Executives. • Manage student enrollment targets, lead allocation, and monitor daily team performance. • Handle complex student counselling and international admissions cases. • Oversee end-to-end student applications, offer letters, fee deposits, and visa documentation. • Manage overseas university partnerships, educational events, and webinars. • Ensure strict CRM discipline, pipeline tracking, and regular MIS reporting. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6–10 years of experience in overseas education counselling, with at least 2+ years in team leadership. • Educational Qualification: Graduate required; MBA / Postgraduate degree preferred. • In-depth knowledge of overseas admissions requirements and student visa regulations across primary destinations (UK, Ireland, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand). • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. • Proven track record in team leadership and target achievement. • Certifications: ICEF, British Council, or PIER certification preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Working Days: Monday to Friday. • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM. • Work Model: Full-Time, On-site. • Location: Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
