Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive – Accounts Receivable (AR) to join our team in Noida. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage customer accounts and outstanding receivables • Invoice generation and timely billing • Payment follow-ups and collections • Account reconciliation and resolution of billing issues • Prepare AR reports, aging analysis and MIS reports • Support month-end and year-end closing activities Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3+ Years of experience in relevant domain • Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes • Good understanding of accounting and reconciliation • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Accounting Software • Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills • Preferred Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance • Experience with SAP / Oracle / Tally / QuickBooks / ERP Systems Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Noida – Sector 153 • Work Mode: Onsite Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (Compensation can be further considered based on relevant experience and expertise.)
