• Role & Company / Project Overview: Genpact is inviting applications for Senior Associate / OTC roles across multiple designations including Process Developer (PD), Management Trainee (MT), and Assistant Manager (AM) in the Order to Cash (OTC / O2C) domain. The team handles generic OTC processes, cash application, cash allocation, deductions, and billing. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Execute end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC / O2C) operations including billing, cash application, cash allocation, and deductions management. - Maintain accuracy and operational efficiency while supporting client requirements and generic OTC operations. - Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and meet service level agreements (SLAs). • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience levels required by designation: * Process Developer (PD): 1 to 3 years of experience * Management Trainee (MT): 3 to 5 years of experience * Assistant Manager (AM): 5 to 7 years of experience - Functional expertise in Order to Cash (O2C / OTC), Cash Application, Cash Allocation, Deductions, or Billing. - Notice period requirement: Immediate to 60 days. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. - Shift Timing: US shift. • Compensation & Benefits: - Cab and shuttle services provided. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates may apply by sharing their updated CV via email with the subject line 'OTC – Noida', including details such as total experience, current company & designation, current location, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
