Role & Company / Project Overview: ProCXel (A Prowess Bridge Tech Company) is urgently hiring a SQL Server / ETL / Python Developer for a client requirement in NYC. This is a 12+ months engagement on a W-2 payroll basis with 1 open position. A first-round face-to-face interview in NYC is mandatory. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries. • Perform ETL and data integration using SSIS. • Develop Python scripts and programs for data processing and automation. • Design and build Power BI reports and dashboards. • Collaborate within Agile and Scrum frameworks using Azure DevOps. • Prepare BRD (Business Requirements Documents) and comprehensive technical documentation. • Perform and coordinate SIT, SAT, UAT, and regression testing. • Manage incident resolution and conduct root cause analysis (RCA). • Handle data mapping and end-to-end workflow documentation. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Hands-on technical proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server. • Strong experience in SSIS and SSRS. • Proven experience in Python Development. • Extensive background in ETL and Data Integration. • Experience in Power BI Reporting. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. • Experience in authoring BRD and technical documentation. • Solid track record in SIT, SAT, UAT, and Regression Testing. • Strong capabilities in Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis. • Expertise in Data Mapping and Workflow Documentation. • Preferred: Utilities domain experience, especially Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI). • Eligibility: W-2 payroll engagement only; OPT and H-4 EAD candidates eligible; must be local to NYC or nearby cities and available for onsite work and in-person interview. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: New York City (NYC) and nearby cities, New York, USA. • Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week). • Duration: 12+ months. Compensation & Benefits: • Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour.
