Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for experienced Java + Kafka Developers for an exciting client project with Morgan Stanley based in New Jersey, USA. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, and maintain robust enterprise-grade backend services and microservices architecture. • Implement and optimize event streaming and message queuing pipelines using Apache Kafka. • Collaborate on technical solutions utilizing Spring Boot and Java frameworks. • Participate in technical design sessions, code reviews, and system integrations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Apache Kafka. • Experience eligibility criteria: - H1B candidates: Minimum 10+ years of overall experience. - OPT candidates: Minimum 5+ years of overall experience. • Candidates must be local to New Jersey. • Availability for a mandatory Face-to-Face (F2F) in-person interview.
