Role & Company / Project Overview GV Tech Systems is hiring a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong Application Management Support (AMS) and production support experience to manage enterprise systems and support business-critical operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle complex NetSuite production and business issues independently. • Independently manage AMS and support activities, service requests, and system enhancements. • Resolve incidents, troubleshoot technical/functional errors, and perform detailed root cause analysis. • Work directly with the CIO and senior business stakeholders to align system capabilities with enterprise goals. • Support, optimize, and streamline supply chain management, warehouse management, and inventory management processes. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Deep expertise in NetSuite Functional Consulting. • Proven track record in AMS (Application Management Support) and Production Support & Troubleshooting. • In-depth domain knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, and Inventory Management. • Demonstrated capability in Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis. • Experience handling System Enhancements and Service Requests. • Strong stakeholder communication and consulting acumen. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: New Jersey (NJ), United States. • Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite per week in New Jersey). • Interview Process: 2 Rounds (L1 + Client).
