Hyperix HR Consultant Services (HHCS) is hiring a Team Leader (TL) for a Premium Retailer Onboarding & KYC Project. Job Location: Pan India (Remote / Field Operations). Key responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and building a team of Field Sales Executives (FSE), managing daily on-field activities, monitoring morning field attendance at 10:00 AM, driving the team to hit daily/weekly KYC and onboarding targets, and sharing final reports with management by 8:00 PM every evening. Requirements: Proven experience as a Team Leader in FMCG, Merchant Onboarding, or QR Code deployment, with strong leadership and team building skills.
