Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring experienced professionals to join our DMC Operations team as Travel / Senior Consultant at Aerocity, Delhi. The role demands specialized destination knowledge focusing specifically on Japan and Australia travel markets. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage end-to-end DMC operations and itinerary logistics. • Coordinate and oversee travel arrangements, customized holiday packages, and complex bookings. • Liaise with hotels, sightseeing providers, and transfer vendors across Japan and Australia destinations. • Provide seamless, top-tier travel experiences for clients. • Ensure prompt communication and meticulous operational execution. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have specialized destination expertise in Japan and Australia. • Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in DMC operations and travel consultancy. • Strong comprehensive knowledge of destination itineraries, hotels, sightseeing, and ground transfers. • Excellent coordination, customer handling, and communication skills. • Proven track record in handling customized packages and travel logistics. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Aerocity, Delhi, India. • Full-time on-site consulting and operations role. Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: 9 LPA (INR 9,00,000 per annum).
