• Role & Company / Project Overview: HRG by Safqa Development is hiring a Real Estate Telesales Representative. This position offers a strong starting point for fresh graduates looking to launch and grow their career in the real estate industry, complete with comprehensive training and ongoing support. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Conduct telesales calls to prospective clients to promote real estate offerings. - Communicate project details clearly, persuasively, and professionally. - Follow up on leads and maintain customer engagement. - Engage actively in provided training sessions and apply real estate sales techniques. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Fresh graduates are welcome; no previous experience is required. - Undergraduates with no mandatory class attendance are also eligible to apply. - Very good to excellent command of the English language. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. - Confident personality with an eagerness and willingness to learn. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working hours: 3 days per week from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; 2 days per week from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. - Work schedule includes 2 days off per week (Friday fixed off plus 1 rotational day off). - Onsite position located in New Cairo, Egypt. • Compensation & Benefits: - Fixed monthly salary plus attractive commission and performance incentives. - Professional training, structured support, and career growth opportunities. - Friendly, energetic, and collaborative work environment. • Application Instructions: - Submit your CV directly via the provided recruitment email address.
