• Role & Company / Project Overview: A growing Real Estate Developer is gearing up for major upcoming project launches across New Capital & New Cairo in the next 6 months and is urgently hiring a Sales Supervisor. Join the team ahead of launch phase to lead sales initiatives and participate in company expansion. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise sales operations and guide the sales team toward hitting targets across New Cairo and New Capital developments. - Monitor performance, pipeline conversion, and closing metrics. - Apply in-depth market knowledge to optimize sales strategies before and during project launches. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 4 years of Real Estate Sales experience. - Strong track record and experience in New Cairo & New Capital. - Ex-Developer candidates only. - Proven sales track record, leadership capability, and comprehensive market knowledge. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: New Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt. - Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. - Days Off: 2 days per week. • Compensation & Benefits: - Medical & Social Insurance. • Application Instructions: - Reach out via direct message (DM) or call to explore this career move.
