Role & Company / Project Overview: WHY Solutions is looking for a Senior Property Consultant to spearhead real estate advisory and client consultations in New Cairo. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Advise high-net-worth clients and investors on commercial and residential real estate acquisitions • Drive sales targets and mentor junior sales consultants within the team • Handle end-to-end deal negotiations, contract closings, and client consultations • Maintain up-to-date market intelligence on major real estate projects Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven senior-level track record in real estate sales and consultancy • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management capabilities • Strong closing skills and extensive knowledge of the New Cairo property market Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt • Schedule: 2 Days Off per week Compensation & Benefits: • Attractive Commission • Career Growth Opportunities Application Instructions: • Send your CV via WhatsApp or direct message to apply.
