• Role & Company / Project Overview: B2B Real Estate (Real Estate Consultancy & Investment Advisory) is expanding its Sales Team and seeking an ambitious Property Advisor to take their real estate career to the next level. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Guide clients through property advisory and real estate investment options. - Deliver consultative sales advice to prospective buyers and investors. - Present and promote property portfolios across premier developments. - Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience or strong aptitude in real estate sales and advisory. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Motivated, goal-driven personality with an interest in investment advisory. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. - Days Off: Friday & Saturday (Two days off per week). - Work Location: New Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt. • Compensation & Benefits: - High commission structure. - Social and Medical insurance. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can submit their CV or reach out via official company contacts.
