Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded HR Supervisor to join our team, capable of managing the full HR cycle independently and driving results. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee and manage major human resources functions independently. • Direct operations across Payroll and Personnel administration. • Lead Talent Acquisition and end-to-end Recruitment processes. • Implement Organization Development (OD) initiatives. • Drive Employee Engagement programs and initiatives. • Supervise Performance Management cycles and administer HR policies. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4+ years of professional experience in Human Resources. • Strong, comprehensive knowledge across all major HR functions including Payroll, Personnel, Talent Acquisition, OD, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to handle multiple HR functions and operations independently. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt. • Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. • Days Off: Friday and Saturday.
