Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: MO Innovation for Engineering Services is hiring Quantity Surveyors across all disciplines to join the team in New Cairo 1. This is an immediate hire opportunity. Disciplines Required: - Architectural - Structural - Mechanical - Electrical Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings and specifications. - Prepare cost estimates and pricing for tenders and projects. - Review contractor invoices, variations, and interim payment certificates. - Support tender documentation and technical/financial submissions. - Coordinate with the design and site teams to track quantities and costs. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - B.Sc. in Engineering in the relevant discipline. - Proven experience in quantity surveying. - Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel; familiarity with cost/planning software is a plus. - Good command of English. - Ability to start immediately.
