### Role & Company / Project Overview Quantum Technologies INC (EBS / Infospan) is urgently hiring a Data Analyst – Business Transformation. We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support a business transformation program focused on enterprise platforms, including Field Service Management, ERP, and HCM. The candidate will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze data, improve data quality, validate source-to-target mappings, and deliver actionable insights to support informed decision-making. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets using SQL. • Perform data cleaning, transformation, validation, and quality checks. • Identify and resolve data discrepancies while assessing upstream and downstream impacts. • Perform source-to-target data mapping and coordinate with data engineering teams. • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate analytical findings. • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, and Product Development teams. • Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings. • Identify business rules and recommend improvements to overall data quality. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 12–13 Years of experience preferred. • Strong SQL query development for data extraction and analysis. • Advanced Excel skills. • Hands-on experience with data acquisition, source-to-target mapping, and data cleansing. • Strong data profiling, validation, and discrepancy resolution skills. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. • Eligible Visa Status: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4. • Preferred Skills: Tableau or Power BI; R or Python; Database management, data science, or machine learning exposure; Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience; Experience working in hybrid delivery models across multiple time zones. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: New Brighton, MN, USA (Hybrid work mode). • Duration: 6+ Month Contract (C2C / Contract). • Interview Mode: Video interview. ### Compensation & Benefits • Pay Rate: $60/hr. ### Application Instructions • Submit your profile directly to the Resource Manager for review and consideration.
