### Role & Company / Project Overview Daga Hospitality is seeking an experienced and strategic hospitality leader for the position of General Manager in Nepal (V301015). This role is responsible for taking complete charge of overall hotel operations, business development, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead and manage all hotel operations. • Drive business growth, profitability, and financial performance. • Maintain exceptional guest service and operational standards. • Develop, motivate, and lead high-performing teams. • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation. • Strengthen business development and market competitiveness. • Ensure smooth coordination across all hotel departments. • Plan and implement strategies for long-term hotel growth. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior hotel leadership position. • Previous experience as General Manager, Resident Manager, or Operations Manager. • Proven experience working in a star-rated hotel is required. • Strong operational, financial, and business development capabilities. • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities. • Strong focus on guest satisfaction and profitability. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Nepal • Work setting: On-site hotel operations management ### Compensation & Benefits • Approximate Salary: NPR 150,000 – NPR 300,000 per month (indicative estimate depending on experience, hotel location, and final offer). • Note: Charges applicable. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates must submit their resume via WhatsApp. Strictly no phone calls.
