• Role & Company / Project Overview: Arting Digital is hiring an experienced Python Developer to join the team in Navi Mumbai. The role involves designing and implementing scalable, robust backend services and web applications using modern Python frameworks and architectures. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Develop reusable, scalable, and efficient Python applications and RESTful APIs. - Optimize database queries and design scalable database schemas. - Implement application security and data protection measures. - Debug code, identify root causes, and resolve technical issues. - Collaborate with developers and business analysts to design and develop applications. - Provide technical guidance, mentor team members, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance. - Maintain client relationships and ensure timely delivery of quality solutions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 4+ Years of professional software development experience. - Strong experience in Python development with Django, Flask, or FastAPI. - Hands-on experience with relational databases, RESTful APIs, Git, Linux, ORM, and Redis. - Working knowledge of SQLAlchemy, deployment processes, and code review best practices. - Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP) and Docker containerization are a plus. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (Onsite office location). - Standard full-time professional working hours. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation based on industry standards and experience. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can apply via the designated job portal or submit their CV directly via email.
