• Role & Company / Project Overview: Adonia Marine & Offshore Engineering Consultants is seeking a commercially driven and experienced Tendering Specialist based in Navi Mumbai, India. This senior full-time permanent position is responsible for owning the end-to-end bid management function across shipbuilding, naval, offshore, and energy sectors, navigating India's complex tendering landscape. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Identify, track, and evaluate tenders from shipyards, ports, oil & gas, EPC, and marine clients. - Lead end-to-end cost estimation, budgeting, pricing models, and commercial bid preparation. - Prepare comprehensive technical bids, pre-qualification (PQ) documents, compliance statements, and commercial proposals. - Coordinate seamlessly across multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, HR, finance, legal, and project operations to guarantee accurate costing and full compliance with client requirements. - Conduct rigorous risk assessments and margin analyses. - Manage and operate e-tender portals, including GeM and other government e-procurement platforms. - Maintain bid MIS, pipeline tracking, and win-loss analysis, supporting contract handover post-award. - Attend pre-bid meetings, participate in site visits, and manage post-bid technical/commercial clarifications and negotiations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Marine, or Naval Architecture (preferred); MBA in Marketing or Operations is an added advantage. - Experience: 3 to 4 years of domain experience in marine, shipyard, or offshore tendering and cost estimation. - Technical & Commercial Acumen: Advanced ability to build accurate cost frameworks, BOQ analysis, and margin structures; thorough understanding of liquidated damages (LD) clauses, taxes, duties, and contractual terms & conditions. - Communication & Negotiation: Strong confidence in client-facing interactions and post-bid negotiations. - Tools Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, estimation software, ERP systems, GeM, and various e-procurement portals. - Sector Exposure: Shipbuilding & ship repair, naval & defence, ports & terminals, oil & gas, EPC, and offshore energy. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent. - Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. - Immediate joiners preferred. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation aligned with industry standards and candidate experience. - Performance-linked incentives on tender conversion. • Application Instructions: - Submit your resume via email or WhatsApp to the HR contact, or apply via the online job application form link.
