Role & Company / Project Overview: We are immediately hiring experienced Verification of Benefits (VOB) Specialists / Eligibility Verification Specialists for a US Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits, contacting insurance providers to confirm coverage details • Check deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket expenses • Review policy limitations and coverage requirements • Maintain accurate records of benefit verification • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely verification Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 1 to 5 years of experience in VOB, Eligibility Verification, or US Healthcare • Comprehensive knowledge of US insurance plans and benefits verification • Good communication and documentation skills • Provider / Doctor / physician side background • Immediate joiners preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India • US Healthcare process shift timings Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: Open to discuss Application Instructions: • Interested candidates are invited to submit their application or get in touch through the contact details provided in the post.
