Join our team and help brands grow smarter through data-driven performance marketing. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads - Oversee and execute high-converting eCommerce advertising campaigns - Set up, manage, and audit conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) - Drive ROI and ROAS optimization to scale paid media performance - Analyze campaign metrics (clicks, conversions, conversion rates) and continuously refine targeting and ad spend • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 2 to 4 years of proven PPC / Performance Marketing experience - Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms - Demonstrated experience in eCommerce campaign management - Strong technical knowledge of GA4, GTM (Google Tag Manager), and Conversion Tracking setup - Proven skills in ROI and ROAS optimization • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: On-site - Location: Nashik, Maharashtra, India • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation package aligned with performance marketing industry standards • Application Instructions - Apply by sharing your updated resume via email or reach out on WhatsApp
