• Role & Company / Project Overview Jaysur Cognitive Management Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced QC Inspector - Finishes and Hardscape on behalf of a client operating in the Real Estate / Property Development sector in Nairobi, Kenya. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct rigorous quality control inspections covering walling, plastering, screeding, tiling, skimming, painting, paving, and hardscape works. - Oversee and execute comprehensive snagging processes to identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken. - Facilitate quality assurance and compliance during handover procedures. - Ensure all finished works and hardscape elements strictly align with project quality standards and client specifications. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven experience and relevant technical qualification as a QC Inspector focusing on architectural finishes and hardscape. - Demonstrated background in the Real Estate or Property Development industry. - Thorough technical expertise across walling, plastering, screeding, tiling, skimming, painting, paving, hardscape, snagging, and project handover. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Nairobi, Kenya - Work Model: Onsite • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions Submit your updated CV before the application deadline of 25th October 2026.
