### Role & Company / Project Overview Universal Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support CRM initiatives for a banking client in Muscat, Oman. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, the CRM vendor, and delivery teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and support successful end-to-end implementation. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead requirements workshops and prepare comprehensive BRD (Business Requirements Document) and FRD (Functional Requirements Document) documentation. • Review vendor proposals and functional designs, identifying gaps and alignment issues. • Define detailed integration requirements between CRM, core banking systems, and other downstream/upstream systems. • Track requirements, architectural decisions, and action items systematically using Jira. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, stakeholder sign-offs, and change request management. • Manage vendor coordination and bridge communication between business users and technical teams. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 4–6+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. • Proven track record in CRM project delivery. • Strong functional understanding of customer onboarding, KYC/AML compliance, core banking processes, and customer servicing workflows. • Demonstrated experience with BRD/FRD creation, requirements gathering, and system integrations. • Strong documentation, analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Hands-on Jira experience; working knowledge of Confluence is an advantage. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field. • Open to candidates based in India and the GCC who are willing to relocate to Muscat. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Muscat, Oman (Banking Sector) • Work Mode: Onsite / Relocation to Muscat required ### Compensation & Benefits • Monthly salary in OMR (to be discussed based on experience; candidates should mention expected monthly salary in OMR) ### Application Instructions • Submit your CV quoting the subject 'Business Analyst – CRM | Muscat'. • Please specify your current location, relevant experience, CRM platforms used, notice period, expected monthly salary in OMR, and confirmation of willingness to relocate.
