• Role & Company / Project Overview A7 Recruitment is hiring an onsite Pharma CSR (Customer Service Representative) based in Alabang. The role provides professional customer and patient support for pharmaceutical and healthcare operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, orders, and services. - Deliver accurate product information and address customer issues following industry and healthcare protocols. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and service resolutions in the CRM system. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Previous experience as a customer service representative, preferably within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related BPO accounts. - Strong verbal and written communication skills and active listening abilities. - Empathy, customer-centric mindset, and professionalism. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Arrangement: Onsite. - Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines. • Application Instructions - Send your updated CV to the recruiter email provided.
