In the order of our partner company in Munich we are looking for you as soon as possible as 'IT Business Analyst (m/f/d)'. Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst (m/f/d) you actively shape the further development of digital applications and business processes. You analyze functional requirements, identify optimization potential and develop sustainable solutions. You accompany the introduction of new functions and support the continuous improvement of existing systems and processes. In close cooperation with departments and IT, you promote a successful and efficient implementation of projects. Furthermore, you evaluate change needs, create decision-making bases and support the further development of customer-oriented solutions. You contribute to ensuring high process and service quality and support the achievement of defined project and corporate goals. Qualifications: You have a successfully completed degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification, e.g. a commercial training with IT or process management reference. Ideally, you have professional experience as a business analyst. In addition, you have sound SQL knowledge and practical experience in the CRM environment. You are characterized by an analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working. Your profile is rounded off by a high degree of personal responsibility and teamwork. Fluent German in word and writing as well as knowledge of MS Office, Atlassian tools complete your profile.
