• Role & Company / Project Overview Rehab Strategies is hiring PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to support patient care across Anderson and Muncie. We are a family-owned therapy company focused on delivering compassionate, impactful physical rehabilitation. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Implement physical therapy treatment programs planned and directed by a licensed Physical Therapist. - Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, mobility routines, and modality treatments. - Track, record, and report patient progress, responses, and functional improvements. - Collaborate with supervising therapists and nursing personnel to optimize patient outcomes. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Valid Indiana state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). - Associate degree from an accredited PTA program. - Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: PRN. - Work Locations: Anderson (Madison County) and Muncie (Delaware County), Indiana, United States. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive PRN pay rates and an encouraging work culture. • Application Instructions - Contact the recruitment coordinator directly or apply online via the Rehab Strategies application link.
