Role & Company / Project Overview: EspressozoEdge Barista Training Academy is looking for an experienced Freelance Barista Trainer to conduct hands-on training sessions in Andheri East, Mumbai. The role is suitable for a passionate coffee professional who enjoys teaching and mentoring aspiring baristas. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Deliver comprehensive practical and classroom-based barista training sessions. • Train students on coffee preparation, espresso extraction, milk texturing, latte art, coffee brewing methods, grinder calibration, and café operations. • Teach customer service standards, hygiene protocols, and café operational best practices. • Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and guide practical skill enhancement. • Assist with batch planning, scheduling, and development of training materials. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista Trainer or Senior Barista. • Strong technical knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming/texturing, latte art, manual brewing methods, grinder calibration, and café management. • Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills. • Availability to conduct weekend or weekday batches on a flexible schedule. • Prior experience in hospitality training is preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. • Job Type: Freelance / Part-Time (Weekend or weekday batches, flexible schedule). Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation: Paid per batch / per day (negotiable).
