### Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent full-time opening (Unionsys Payroll) for an experienced Workday Integration Developer (Job ID: 2847) with strong expertise in Workday HCM and integration tools. The developer will build integrations between Workday and other systems, especially payroll, benefits, and management systems. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio and EIB. - Work closely with Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) and HR processes. - Understand and modify XSLT transformations and existing integrations. - Analyze existing integrations and identify changes required for different systems. - Coordinate with payroll, benefits, external vendors, and internal teams. - Perform integration testing, support defect fixing, and validate data accuracy. - Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Support deployment, cutover, go-live, and resolve production issues. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Workday Integration. - Workday Integration and Workday Studio certification. - Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and HR processes. - Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs. - Solid understanding of integration testing and troubleshooting. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: Hybrid. - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. - Employment Type: Full-time (Unionsys Payroll). ### Application Instructions - Eligible candidates can apply by submitting their resume.
