Role & Company / Project Overview: ASYVA InfoTech is hiring experienced Full Stack Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in Python and Java for an exciting enterprise project. There are 5 immediate openings available. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications combining backend and frontend layers. • Execute hands-on development splitting focus equally between Python (50%) and Java (50%). • Build and integrate robust APIs and frontend interfaces using modern web frameworks. • Collaborate within an Agile development workflow and liaise with multi-vendor and enterprise stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 8–10 Years of relevant industry experience. • Python: Strong hands-on development (50%). • Java: Strong hands-on development (50%). • Frontend: Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular. • Full Stack Development & API Integration expertise. • Strong software engineering and analytical problem-solving skills. • Proven experience in Agile development and enterprise application architectures. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Good to Have Skills: - Domain experience in Capital Markets / Financial Markets. - Experience with Trading Platforms, Derivatives, Investment, or Asset Management. - Cloud & Data experience with Azure Cloud & Snowflake. - Agentic AI / AI-powered Application Development. - Experience operating in enterprise-scale, multi-vendor environments. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Mumbai – NESCO IT Park, Goregaon, Maharashtra, India. • Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 Days WFO). Candidates must be comfortable working from the Mumbai office 2–3 days per week; outstation candidates must be willing to relocate to Mumbai and provide written confirmation. • Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (with flexibility for US EST overlap).
