Role & Company / Project Overview: Novanest Careers Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP development, RICEFW, SAP HANA, and preferably SAP BRIM/FSCM. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP design and development. • Work extensively on RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows). • Carry out SAP HANA design and development, including CDS Views, AMDP, ADBC, and HANA Procedures. • Utilize Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP), Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, BAPI, BAdI, User Exits, ALE, IDocs, RFCs, and enhancements. • Implement and support SAP BRIM, FSCM, CRM, SOM, Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, and CPQ solutions. • Apply knowledge of BRF+, pricing procedures, and output determination. • Perform API integrations using REST, SOAP, OData, and RFC. • Execute SAP CRM technical development, including BOL/GenIL, middleware, CRM events, and the BAdI framework. • Work with SAP Fiori/Gateway, HANA migration, S/4HANA simplification, and distributed architecture. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 9–12 years of overall experience. • Strong hands-on SAP ABAP development experience with relevant expertise in RICEFW and SAP HANA (minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP HANA design and development). • Experience in SAP BRIM/FSCM is highly preferred / desirable. • Immediate to 15 days joining availability required. • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Telugu-speaking candidates are not being considered for this requirement). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Local to Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. • Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days onsite). • Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST. • US Time Zone Flexibility: Must be flexible to provide up to 4 hours of overlap with US working hours when required. • Contract Duration: 6 Months.
