Role & Company / Project Overview: QPlus Staffing (QPlus Staffing Globe Pvt Ltd) is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of experience to join their team in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop, configure, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. • Work extensively with ServiceNow Glide objects including GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax, and related APIs. • Build modern ServicePortal pages and design custom widgets using AngularJS. • Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM, Employee Center, Virtual Agent, and system integrations. • Build and consume REST APIs for third-party system integrations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer. • Strong ITSM expertise along with Employee Center and Virtual Agent experience. • Extensive experience working with ServiceNow Glide objects (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax, etc.). • Proven ability to build ServicePortal pages, design customer widgets, and good understanding of AngularJS. • Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. • Mandatory Certifications: Must hold Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications. • Strong experience in ServiceNow platform integrations.
