• Role & Company / Project Overview Skillventory is hiring for a leading bank for the position of Associate Relationship Manager – Real Estate in Mumbai. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support the Real Estate financing team in credit evaluation, Credit Appraisal Memorandum (CAM) preparation, portfolio monitoring, and end-to-end transaction management. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Evaluate real estate financing proposals, including financial modelling, cash flow analysis, and security coverage - Prepare Credit Appraisal Memos (CAMs), credit notes, and internal approval documents - Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) and maintain strong working relationships with CFOs and developer promoters - Monitor project construction progress, collections, and strict compliance with credit covenants - Support business development, deal origination, renewals, deferrals, and transaction closures • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong background and expertise in Real Estate finance, banking, or credit analysis - Proficiency in credit evaluation, financial modelling, cash flow projections, and credit risk assessment - Experience in preparing CAMs and structuring credit approvals - Sound relationship management and stakeholder communication skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - Work type: Full-time on-site corporate banking role • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated resumes via the provided recruiter contact email or phone number.
