### Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring for the position of Branch Manager (BM) in Mumbai / MMR1. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead overall branch operations, sales distribution, customer service, and staff governance. • Drive the achievement of branch targets across CASA, liabilities, assets, and third-party products. • Ensure full adherence to operational guidelines, audit norms, and regulatory compliance. • Supervise, coach, and mentor branch sales and service personnel. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Relevant banking experience as a Branch Manager or in senior branch banking leadership. • Comprehensive understanding of banking products, operational controls, and risk management. • Demonstrated leadership in business development, team management, and customer relations. • Ability to handle branch business targets, P&L metrics, and portfolio growth. • Strong communication, team management, and stakeholder management skills. • Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Mumbai / MMR1, Maharashtra, India. • On-site branch banking role; candidate must be comfortable working in the designated cluster. ### Application Instructions • Interview Process: Profile Shortlisting followed by a mandatory Face-to-Face (F2F) interview. • Mention Role + Preferred Location in the subject line.
