### Role & Company / Project Overview Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited is hiring experienced and result-oriented professionals for the position of Manager / Senior Manager – Planning in Mumbai. The company is seeking professionals with strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and project controls within the construction and infrastructure industry. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle project planning, scheduling, and monitoring. • Lead preparation and updating of detailed project schedules. • Oversee resource planning and resource allocation. • Execute progress tracking and variance analysis. • Manage cross-functional coordination with project teams, consultants, and clients. • Perform delay analysis, critical path monitoring, and develop recovery planning strategies. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in construction project planning. • Deep domain knowledge of the Construction & Infrastructure industry. • High proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project. • Proven expertise in project controls, delay analysis, and schedule recovery. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India • Industry: Construction & Infrastructure ### Application Instructions Interested candidates possessing relevant experience in construction project planning are invited to submit their updated CV for consideration.
