• Role & Company / Project Overview Exciting opportunity with the Artificial Intelligence and Agri Tech Innovation Center (AIAIC) at BDO. We are looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our team as Lead - Innovation and Startup ecosystem in Mumbai. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Coordinate startup onboarding, site selection, and field testing logistics - Manage incubator operations, field pilot management, and startup engagement - Drive startup grant programs or innovation challenge design • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Qualification: Masters in Agriculture or allied Discipline / Bachelor of Engineering / MBA / Master in Public Policy with Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or Public Finance specialization - Experience: 5+ years of experience in incubator / field pilot management, startup grant programs, or challenge design - Strong interest and background in agritech, artificial intelligence, and startup ecosystems • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra - Work Arrangement: Onsite • Application Instructions - Interested candidates may share their updated CV with the position name mentioned in the subject line
