Role & Company / Project Overview: • Hiring Organization: DrDivyaCures Physiotherapy, Posture & Fitness Clinic • Location: Versova, Mumbai • Position: Functional Training Coach / Trainer • Nature: Part-time, full-time, or flexible shift basis • Approach: Posture-based training focusing on movement quality, posture, mobility, strength, stability, and overall body function (NOT a conventional machine-based gym training role). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Work hands-on with clients delivering customized, posture-based functional training sessions. • Focus on movement quality, posture correction, mobility, strength, stability, and overall functional body mechanics. • Actively coach, guide, and correct client movements rather than merely giving instructions. • Learn, adopt, and apply DrDivyaCures' posture-based training methodology in daily client sessions. • Provide attentive, hands-on practical training tailored to individual client needs. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Sound knowledge of functional training & movement principles. • Good understanding of the fundamentals of strength, mobility, stability & posture. • Confident working hands-on with clients. • Approachable, energetic, and a good communicator. • Enjoys coaching and correcting movement, not just giving instructions. • Practical, hands-on approach to training and a willingness to learn the clinic's posture-based methodology (prior complete knowledge of methodology is not required; basics will be taught). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Versova, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. • Shift Duration: 6–8 hour shifts. • Arrangement: Part-time, full-time, or flexible shift options available.
