The manager will target retainer-based deals across premium D2C, lifestyle, fashion, F&B, and wellness brands, conducting consultative business conversations with Founders and CMOs. Requires 2 to 4 years of dedicated agency-side B2B sales experience with a proven track record of independently closing retainer deals. Offers a fixed monthly salary of ₹50,000 along with uncapped performance incentives.
