Role & Company / Project Overview: GenZDealZ.ai is an early-stage startup building for India's Gen Z, offering deals, rewards, and AI tools integrated into one application. The startup partners with major institutions such as HDFC Bank and Visa on campus programmes. The company is seeking a Founder's Office Generalist (Shadow CEO) to work directly alongside the founder—a CEO with over 25 years of experience across AI and SaaS startups—acting as his shadow across meetings, partner calls, and strategic campaigns. This position involves direct mentorship, deep ownership from day one, high visibility at industry events and awards, and exposure to leading figures in tech, fintech, and banking. Note that this is an intensive, fast-paced early-stage environment requiring high dedication, responsiveness, and hands-on execution rather than a typical 9-to-6 routine. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Own all marketing and outreach campaigns, including campus drives, partner offers, and official app launches • Manage and lead social media pages, covering content creation, daily posting, community engagement, and performance metrics • Supervise push notifications and end-to-end user communication strategies • Handle day-to-day coordination with banks and fintech partners, including continuous follow-ups, drafting Minutes of the Meeting (MOMs), and pitch decks • Diligently track and chase all action items arising from founder meetings to full closure • Tackle multifaceted cross-functional tasks across tech, sales, marketing, and operations as needed • Maintain constant availability, sharp communication, and rapid responsiveness across communication channels at all hours, supporting impromptu strategic inquiries and tasks • Actively participate in field operations, from high-level partner meetings to carrying event materials and standees Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Freshers or candidates with basic foundational experience who demonstrate high energy, hunger to learn, and strong initiative • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by a warm, confident personality • Comfortable navigating technology, including applications, data analytics, foundational digital tools, and interacting directly with software developers • Strong instincts and aptitudes for sales, marketing, and cross-functional coordination • Highly organised, proactive self-starter capable of taking ownership of undefined problems Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Arrangement: Full-time on-site • Location: Office located in Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India • Working Hours: Flexible, demanding hours requiring responsiveness at all times Compensation & Benefits: • Early-stage startup experience, direct executive mentorship, high-impact visibility, and comprehensive hands-on ownership Application Instructions: Interested candidates should submit a short note explaining why they are the right fit.
