Human Power Services is hiring a detail-oriented Structural Production Engineer to lead the transition of structural designs into high-quality fabricated products. Core responsibilities include developing fabrication work packs, cutting lists, and assembly drawings, alongside reviewing 3D models for manufacturing readiness. The engineer will coordinate with procurement, MTO, and warehouse teams, resolve technical floor issues, and monitor welding alignment and structural integrity. Requires a B.E./B.Tech in Structural or Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of heavy steel fabrication or workshop experience. Mandatory proficiency in Tekla Structures and AutoCAD, plus knowledge of AISC, ABS, and ISO codes, is required.
