Role & Company / Project Overview Exciting opportunity for a Linux Administrator - Falcon Fraud Management working with a leading banking client. Band: B2. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • 24x7 Production Support for FICO Falcon Fraud Management Application • Transaction Monitoring & Issue Resolution • Incident Management (L2/L3) and RCA Preparation • Change & Release Management • DR Drill Execution and Failover Validation • Coordination with Business, Infrastructure, DB, and Application Teams • Deployment, Troubleshooting, and Operational Support Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 2-4 years of experience • Experience in FICO Falcon Fraud Manager (6.x/7.x) • Linux/Unix Administration & Troubleshooting • Couchbase • Expert Rule Engine • Case Manager • FAI & FPI • SQL Database Knowledge • Apache Tomcat Administration • REST/SOAP APIs • Shell Scripting • Strong production support background • Experience in banking/fraud management applications • Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills • Immediate joiners preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Mumbai, India • 24x7 Production Support shifts Application Instructions • Interested candidates can share their updated resume with the subject line: Falcon Linux Admin | Mumbai.
