Role & Company / Project Overview: DevX is seeking experienced and hands-on IT Network Infrastructure Executives to join the team in Mumbai. The position involves managing multi-location IT infrastructure support, site execution, and ensuring robust connectivity and security systems across facilities. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks across company locations. • Handle configuration, maintenance, and support for Routing & Switching. • Configure, manage, and monitor Firewall and VPN connections. • Carry out comprehensive network troubleshooting, ticket monitoring, and address client escalations. • Oversee structured cabling, server room operations, and IT infrastructure setup. • Manage and maintain CCTV surveillance and Access Control systems. • Support Audio Visual (AV) systems and video conferencing equipment. • Conduct testing, commissioning, and maintain thorough infrastructure documentation. • Coordinate actively with vendors, ISPs, and clients to ensure seamless IT operations. • Provide hands-on site execution, client coordination, troubleshooting, and multi-location IT infrastructure support. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in network administration, IT infrastructure support, and cabling/AV systems. • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, Routing & Switching, Firewalls & VPNs, CCTV, Access Control, and Server Room management. • Execution Skills: Comfortable with on-site execution, troubleshooting, and direct vendor/client handling. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. • Work setup: Onsite execution and multi-location support.
