Role & Company / Project Overview For 33 years, The House of Eisa has created interiors defined by craftsmanship, materiality, and quiet luxury. We are currently seeking a Senior Interior Designer / Architect to join our design studio located in Mahim, Mumbai. This is strictly a full-time, on-site role for a professional ready to lead high-end interior design projects independently from our Mumbai office. Part-time and remote candidates need not apply. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead interior design projects independently from end to end. • Develop design concepts and perform space planning. • Prepare detailed drawings and models utilizing AutoCAD and SketchUp. • Handle on-site coordination and project execution. • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth project progress. • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), costing, and budgeting. • Manage robust client communication and stakeholder relations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Location: Must be a resident of Mumbai. • Education: Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputed college. • Experience: 7+ years of professional experience leading luxury interior projects from start to finish. • Portfolio: A proven portfolio showcasing luxury interior design projects. • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. • Competencies: Strong execution oversight, vendor management, budget preparation, and client presentation skills.
