Role & Company / Project Overview An established organization in the BFSI / Financial Services / NBFC sector is seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) – HR Analytics in Mumbai. This is a hardcore HR Analytics leadership role (not an HRBP position). The incumbent will lead a high-performing analytics team, drive incentive governance, oversee sales performance tracking, and deliver executive-level workforce insights to Senior Leadership and the Board. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Strategic Reporting & Visualization: Lead enterprise headcount, attrition, and regulatory reporting; govern Tableau executive dashboards. • Incentive Governance & ROI: Oversee organizational incentive structures, analyze payout trends, and assess incentive effectiveness. • Sales Performance & Promotions: Build trackers to monitor sales team performance and oversee data-backed promotion governance for sales staff. • Predictive & Strategic Insights: Leverage advanced data analysis to drive workforce planning, identify risks, and support strategic HR decisions. • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of analytics professionals to foster continuous innovation. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 12–15 years of progressive experience in HR Analytics and Workforce Planning (preferably in Financial Services/NBFCs). • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Tableau and enterprise data visualization tools. Expertise in Power BI, Python, R, or predictive modeling is mandatory. • Core Competencies: Strong expertise in incentive design and governance, sales performance metrics, and advanced workforce reporting. • Communication: Outstanding executive presence with a proven ability to translate complex data into compelling narrative insights.
