We are seeking a Graphic Designer Intern who can shape the aesthetic soul of the startup and make people feel safe, supported, and understood through emotionally driven visuals that feel warm, modern, and human rather than clinical. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design graphic material for digital and print, including brand collaterals, presentations, posters, and campaign assets. - Design Instagram posts, reels, carousels, and story creatives targeted at a Gen Z audience. - Build the visual identity of a mental health brand that feels warm, modern, and human. - Create founder-brand content for LinkedIn and Instagram. - Translate complex emotional ideas into simple, beautiful, and relatable visuals. - Help shape the aesthetic direction of a startup focused on emotional well-being. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proficiency in Canva and Figma (experience with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop is a plus). - A portfolio demonstrating strong visual appeal, emotional resonance, typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling. - Digital illustration or hand-sketching capability is a significant bonus. - A genuine passion for mental health and interest in creating meaningful work. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Remote / Work from home (India). - Duration: 3 months internship. • Compensation & Benefits - Paid internship on a retainer basis. - Internship certificate and Letter of Recommendation (LOR) provided. - Direct mentorship from the founder (cardiothoracic surgeon turned mental health entrepreneur). - Portfolio building opportunity with an IIM Mumbai-incubated, DPIIT-registered startup. • Application Instructions Skip the standard resume and send 2 to 3 of your best works or a portfolio link, along with your Instagram handle if available, to the designated email address.
