Role & Company / Project Overview: Vision Recluta is hiring an Assistant Engineer – Electrical Testing based in Nerul / Rabale, Mumbai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct testing of distribution transformers, current transformers (CT), and voltage transformers (PT). • Perform test report preparation and quality assurance activities. • Quality assurance and maintenance of test records strictly as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ERDA QMS, and NABL requirements. • Maintain test data records using MS Office and ERP software. • Travel and perform testing at client sites as required. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE). • 2 to 5 Years of practical experience in transformer testing, test report preparation, and quality assurance. • Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems. • Willingness to travel and work at client sites. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Nerul / Rabale, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. • Employment Type: Fixed-Term Employment for 3 years, with potential regularisation based on performance and behaviour.
