• Role & Company / Project Overview: Hiring for a Performance Marketing Manager – D2C Supplements. Looking for a performance marketer who doesn't just manage campaigns but takes complete ownership of revenue, customer acquisition, and long-term growth in the D2C health and wellness space, combining performance marketing, customer experience, and revenue strategy. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Take end-to-end ownership of the customer journey, from initial acquisition to second, third, and fourth repeat purchases - Own and optimize entire ad spend and digital growth to drive measurable online revenue (turning ad spend into ₹4 Crore+ in D2C revenue) - Execute and manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads ensuring accountability for every rupee spent - Drive ROAS, CPA, and continuous budget optimization to ensure profitable growth - Spearhead CRM, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer retention strategies - Walk through executed campaigns explaining budget, strategy, optimizations, ROAS, and actual revenue delivered • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 4–7 Years of overall experience with 4+ years of hands-on D2C performance marketing - Personally generated ₹4 crore+ in online revenue, backed by verifiable results - Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, ROAS, CPA, and budget optimization - Strong CRM, conversion optimization, and customer retention experience - In-house, brand-side experience with direct revenue and budget ownership - Consumer goods experience, preferably supplements, nutrition, or health & wellness - Career stability, with at least 2 years spent at a single D2C brand - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra - Employment Type: Full-time, On-site • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified; candidates are asked to submit current CTC and expected CTC details • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated resume along with details of current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period via email or contact number provided.
