Role & Company / Project Overview: Screenox is looking for a Jr. Performance Marketing Executive to join their performance marketing and advertising team in Andheri East, Mumbai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Assist in executing and managing paid digital ad campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). • Monitor key metrics, analyze ad performance, and optimize campaign ROI and conversion rates. • Prepare performance reports, run A/B testing on ad creatives, and coordinate with the creative/strategy team. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Understanding of digital marketing concepts, performance marketing fundamentals, and campaign analytics. • Analytical mindset, data-driven approach, and enthusiasm for the advertising and media industry.
