• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring Cyber Resilience Professionals with strong consulting expertise to help clients strengthen their cyber resilience and business continuity frameworks, preparing for, responding to, and recovering from cyber incidents and operational disruptions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Deliver client advisory and end-to-end resilience transformation. - Lead client engagements and manage teams end-to-end. - Support business development and sales activities. - Lead Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA). - Implement and maintain ISO 22301 – Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). - Conduct risk assessments and business continuity planning. - Oversee IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR), Cloud DR, DR testing, failover automation, and BCM automation. - Implement and govern cyber resilience frameworks, threats, controls, and operational, technical, and data resilience. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Strong consulting and client-facing experience. - Hands-on expertise in BCM, BIA, IT DR, and cyber resilience. - Proven track record in team leadership and managing end-to-end client engagements. - Key Skills & Expertise: - Business Continuity Management (BCM) & Business Impact Analysis (BIA) - ISO 22301 – Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) - Risk Assessment & Business Continuity Planning - IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) & Cloud DR - Cyber Resilience Frameworks, Threats & Controls - Operational, Technical & Data Resilience - DR Testing, Failover Automation & BCM Automation - Resilience Transformation & Client Advisory - End-to-End Engagement Management & Team Leadership - Business Development & Sales Support - Preferred Certifications: - ISO 22301 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor - CBCP / MBCI - ISO 27001 / CISA / CRISC / CISSP - Certified Disaster Recovery Engineer (CDRE) • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. - Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Only. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated resumes via the provided contact email.
