Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview We are actively hiring for the position of AR Caller for our healthcare revenue cycle management operations in Andheri, Mumbai. This is an immediate walk-in interview requirement. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage accounts receivable follow-up and outbound/inbound calls with US healthcare payers and insurance companies. - Review unresolved, pending, and denied claims, taking appropriate follow-up actions to ensure timely adjudication. - Analyze denial patterns, resolve claim rejections, and coordinate with internal teams to accelerate reimbursement. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in AR Calling / Healthcare RCM. - Immediate joiners are preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. - Selection Process: Walk-in interview. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹40,000 take-home per month. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should apply by sending their profile via email or WhatsApp contact details provided.
