Role & Company / Project Overview: Talent Rite Solutions is hiring a Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer for a full-time position in Mumbai. The role focuses on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, implementing DevOps automation, scaling Kubernetes clusters, architecting Infrastructure as Code (IaC), networking, and upholding cloud security standards. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment automation pipelines. • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, driving automated delivery and release management. • Manage and configure Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters. • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM Templates, and Helm Charts. • Configure and maintain Cloud Networking components, including Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, and Private Links/Private Endpoints. • Implement robust Cloud Security governance, including RBAC, NSGs, Managed Identities, Service Principals, encryption, and compliance controls. • Develop automation scripts to streamline operations, routine maintenance, and system monitoring. • Implement and monitor High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity strategies, performance tuning, and cloud cost optimization. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8 to 14 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years dedicated to Cloud, DevOps, or Platform Engineering. • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (experience with AWS or GCP is preferred). • Deep expertise in Cloud Networking (Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, Private Links/Private Endpoints). • Solid background in Cloud Security (RBAC, NSGs, Managed Identities, Service Principals, Encryption & Security Controls). • Proven hands-on proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, including Terraform, ARM Templates, and Helm Charts. • Demonstrated hands-on operational experience with Docker and Kubernetes. • Strong scripting capabilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash. • Extensive experience in CI/CD pipeline development, deployment automation, cloud monitoring, and performance tuning. • In-depth understanding of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Cloud Cost Optimization. • Good to Have: Experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, enterprise IAM platforms, and relevant certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP. • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (maximum 1 week notice period). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. • Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Work From Office / WFO). • Employment Type: Full-Time / FTE (1 Open Position).
